Fast communication through out the company departments.

**What do you dislike about Softros LAN messenger?**

The layout and look are very basic. That is my only complaint.

**What problems is Softros LAN messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to effortlessly communicate important additions to last minute trips through our dispatch department.

THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO WORK ON MY COMPUTER AT THE FRONT DESK WHILE SENDING MESSAGES TO MY OFFICE MANAGER AND/OR CHIROPRACTOR BOSS WITHOUT HAVING TO GET UP FROM MY DESK, USE A PHONE TO PAGE, OR INTERRRUPT THE PATIENT FLOW IN A BUSY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

WHOEVER I'M SENDING A MESSAGE TO HAS TO BE AT THEIR COMPUTER OR SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CAN SEE OR HEAR THAT A MESSAGE WAS SENT TO THEM

**What problems is Softros LAN messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS WITHOUT INTERRUPTING THE OFFICE "FLOW" OR MANTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY WHEN MORE "SENSITIVE"QUESTIONS ARE ASKED WITHOUT INVOLVING PATIENTS OVERHEARING.

  ### 3. Very simple and Easy interoffice communication tool.

This is private notes this office can send to doctor and staff to give a heads up on anything!

**What do you dislike about Softros LAN messenger?**

Wish it was easier to send out a blast message to everyone.

**What problems is Softros LAN messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not having to knock on the doctors door or interrupt him when he is writing chart notes etc.
