**What do you like best about Softrend HR Manager?**

When using this software you learn a lot about Human Resources and this helps with your people skills. I would definitely recommend this software to all organizations

The software does glitch at times but it depends on the internet most times.

**What problems is Softrend HR Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool I am able to reach all of my employees in a more friendly and flexible manner
