The block building format will be familiar to anybody who has built a website using no-code tools like Wordpress, but no prior experience is actually necessary because of the useful online tutorial videos. Our business needed to create custom task-based software for clients and Softr provided an extremely accessible way to do this. Our web app looks extremely professional and the client feedback we have had on it is absolutely fantastic. It has allowed us to build a custom programme with advanced functionality that would of cost us a considerable amount without the platform, allowing us to scale our business much faster. It looks so professional and works perfectly on both desktop and mobile. The best thing about Softr in our opinion is its amazing customer support. I can genuinely say it is the best I have ever experienced. Always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. A live chat with a team member is always available. Staff members such Andranik and Marine have always been on hand to help quickly solve any issues I have, which has made learning the using the platform a breeze. I seriously couldn't recommend Softr enough. They're proactive in adding new features all the time, a notable feature missing however is notifications. I'd like to be able to see notifications directly through Softr when clients have made certain changes. It was also very convenient connecting my Airtable database to Softr. **What do you dislike about Softr?** Because it's a low code tool, if you don't code, Softr has its limitations. We've experienced some difficulties with graphs, for example, where it wouldn't show text if it was a linked field on Airtable, so we would have to turn it into a regular text field on Airtable. Another small error we found was that sometimes, text would show with quotation marks on Softr's end. There are also some limitations with the block selection that Softr has, which means that it's hard to customize our own blocks. Processing times and having to reload pages multiple times can also be a pain point. There was one time where there was a software-wide issue where headers would not be seen, and the Airtable integration wasn't working, but the customer support was pretty helpful since they assured me that the team was working on it from their end.
