**What do you like best about Socrates?**

Now that live scheduling is available in Socrates we are able to track agents and if they are logged in, late, unscheduled or not scheduled.

**What do you dislike about Socrates?**

Some programs do not sync with Socrates.  Another disadvantage is Socrates is not always live.  It updates every 30 minutes on specific times.  You do have to refresh often as well.

**What problems is Socrates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure agents are logged in, logged in correctly, and that adherence is being met.  We are also able to send messaging in Socrates to agents, as well as blast emails for additional help, etc.
