**What do you like best about Social Cycle?**

I can measure my efforts with analytics similar to email and curate my workflow of daily social media engagements

**What do you dislike about Social Cycle?**

It takes time to do it right, but compared to my normal patterns of social media usage, this product keeps me more productive

**What problems is Social Cycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting and creating sales pipeline on social media, being more productive on social media, measuring my sales efforts on social media with actual analytics. 
It has been hard to validate that my social selling efforts have been working until now.
