And the best part? I don't even have to spend time managing the campaigns because they do all that for me with the help of their account managers. This has allowed me to focus on other important aspects of my business without having to worry a speck about launching and managing my campaigns. The service is super-reliable, and their support team is just so generous and attentive, plus they have a usage-based pricing option w no commitments. I just top-up my credits when I need to – it’s that simple. **What do you dislike about SMSCountry?** The platform interface needs some work as it's a little confusing, but I believe they are reworking the UX and UI so that won't be a problem anymore. **What problems is SMSCountry solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recently started a new business & the first thing I wanted to do was text message marketing to my clients.
