**What do you like best about SMS Broadcast?**

Gives the entire group a chance to send well wishes this makes the individual feel more connected the cards are also quicker and cheaper and save time

**What do you dislike about SMS Broadcast?**

I haven't experienced any downsides because of the advantage of having my time freed up and the need to visit retail stores in a never-ending search for the perfect card.  If there are issues customer services responds by email within the hour and quickly resolves those issues.

**What problems is SMS Broadcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The choices of gift cards and an abundant of cards to choose from

**What do you like best about SMS Broadcast?**

SMS Broadcast does away with a slick interface to offer budget bulk SMS sending. Messages are based on a credit system, which allows you to prepay your campaign or promotion.

**What do you dislike about SMS Broadcast?**

The interface won't win any fans with it's low rate interface, but if you can do away with those requirements, then you'll have a value for money system which just works.

**Recommendations to others considering SMS Broadcast:**

Perfect for those getting into SMS sends who don't require any integration capabilities.

**What problems is SMS Broadcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promotions and campaigns where we need to reach customers in a timely manner. Adding unsubscribe copy to the bottom of your messages will use credit but is neccessary.

SMS broadcast offers a great service, but more than that they offer great customer service if you have any issues.

**What do you dislike about SMS Broadcast?**

So far I haven't run into any problems with SMS Broadcast.

**What problems is SMS Broadcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to integrate SMS marketing with my other campaign plans. The service is very cost effective and streamlines the work.
