What attracted me to SmithySoft initially was how detailed their initial proposal was. They took my requirements and outlined an easy-to-understand plan that included time and cost estimations. They make it easy to modify the scope and see how that would impact the project. Additionally, their CEO, is very friendly and knowledgeable offers great feedback and advice, and has been in touch throughout the project to offer additional suggestions.
Finally, I will say that they've been very flexible with me throughout this project. We had to expand the scope in certain areas based on what we learned about the market or the needs of our providers. Initially, it took us some time to get into a proper development flow with the team, but I think that's pretty normal with any development project. I also think we could have improved some aspects of the application's testing, but to be fair, we didn't have great documentation for the testing team to go off of either, so this is understandable as well.
