What I love most about Smartypilot is how effortlessly it makes everything work. The search feels so intuitive and fast—customers can find exactly what they’re looking for in seconds, even if they’re not sure how to spell it! The personalized search results really make it feel like a one-on-one shopping assistant, and the ability to tweak the search logic to fit our specific needs is such a huge bonus. What do you dislike about Smartypilot?

There’s not much to complain about! If I had to nitpick, I’d say I’d love even more integrations with other tools we use daily.
