Initially, they had a pretty good offering with a good price point, but it seems like they've increased the prices by a lot. For someone with a few thousand products, that price point becomes really difficult. The price point is on the higher end, and they should consider reducing it. Also, the sync has a bit of a problem sometimes. Variations don't sync really well with the backend server immediately.
