Backend is fairly intuitive and base install is quick and fairly seamless. So far, haven't noticed any negative impacts on store speed.

Searchanise has dramatically improved the search experience on my Wix store, which contains thousands of collectible items. I really like Searchanise's customer support because it's totally awesome. They've custom coded a bunch of things for me, totally for free, and they do that for every customer. Each month, a developer will work on your store for a certain amount of time, which means you don't have to do it yourself or waste your time. Their specialists handle it for you. They have never said no to any development request. One thing that still needs improvement is quicker updates, because sometimes even minor changes take 2–3 days to get done. I really like that Searchanise works out of the box and provides plenty of features to customize. It's very easy to integrate; you just install the plugin, and it works without any extra hassle. I can add merchandising rules and synonyms to set it up the way I want. The self-learning algorithms are great, making it easy for customers to find products even if they don't have the exact name.
