Initially, they had a pretty good offering with a good price point, but it seems like they've increased the prices by a lot. For someone with a few thousand products, that price point becomes really difficult. The price point is on the higher end, and they should consider reducing it. Also, the sync has a bit of a problem sometimes. Variations don't sync really well with the backend server immediately. Although the speed looks to be very quick, other search competition software boast they are faster. I'm yet to see this difference physically, so I need to verify the app loading dependancy compared to the competition but if it isn't visibly slow, then it could be difficult to measure before weighing up the benefits.
