"SmartWinnr Makes Training Effortless and Effective Across Teams"

What do you like best about SmartWinnr?

SmartWinnr gives us one place to train front desk, housekeeping, café, and community staff by creating short learning paths for check in flow, cleanliness standards, escalation rules, and guest interaction tone. The quiz builder is fast and simple. I can build a check on a new SOP in a minute and assign it to the right city team. What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?

What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?

We add new locations and bring people in fast as we cannot afford slow onboarding. goSTOPS runs multiple hostels in different cities, with shared brand standards and guest experience expectations for a young travel audience. Before SmartWinnr, we used a mix of PDFs and WhatsApp messages. People missed updates, but now service playbooks, safety steps, and brand voice guidelines all sit in one app. Staff finish modules on their phone between shifts and managers see gaps early instead of waiting for a guest complaint. What do you like best about SmartWinnr?

SmartWinnr makes learning and performance tracking engaging and effective. What stands out the most is its gamification approach to training—quizzes, leaderboards, and rewards make it fun for sales teams to stay engaged and motivated. While SmartWinnr is great for engagement and training, a few areas could be improved. The reporting and analytics dashboard, though useful, sometimes lacks the flexibility to deep-dive into custom metrics or segment data the way we need for strategic decisions.
