**What do you like best about SmartSource Leads?**

The product is seamless and easy to use, and it creates a positive experience for event attendees regardless of whether an event is virtual, hybrid, or in-person.  It makes it easy for event organizers to plan logistics and event agendas as well as elicit attendee feedback after the event.

**What do you dislike about SmartSource Leads?**

The user experience isn't as smooth and intuitive as it could be.  The search function is a bit wonky when attempting to search for companies or people, and overall the experience seems to be better suited to the administrator than the end user.

**What problems is SmartSource Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is extremely useful for planning, tracking, and organizing virtual and in-person events and affords event organizers the ability to easily collect attendee feedback and contact information.
