They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about SmartSolve?** Being able to organize and store all our training and SOP/work instructions in one place. Updating them with changes is much easier with SmartSolve **What do you dislike about SmartSolve?** It could get a bit more user friendly at times. Not super intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering SmartSolve:** Great company to work with and it also has many modules that can be used for all parts of an organization. We plan on adding more modules as we go and gain experience with the software. **What problems is SmartSolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training documentation. SOP/Work instruction database. Non-conform, CAPA, Complaints, We have realized that by having these more accessible to all users we are seeing a greater accuracy in our work instructions. ### 2. It can be integrated easily with other tools. **What do you dislike about SmartSolve?** Slow speed, asset management is very tricky and cumbersome, customer support is very basic. **What problems is SmartSolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Complaint handling, CAPA tracking, NCs management, Inspection and audit reports management. ### 3. It is unquestionably sufficiently adaptable to deal with preparing necessities for a littler size organization where prerequisites, positions, roles, and representative prerequisites are very varied because of the requirements when working for a littler organization that a worker may 'wear numerous caps'. So I would envision a larger organization with greater numbers would have no issue fitting to fit the preparation prerequisites of numerous workers holding a position and its activity roles. I am excited with the possibility of implementing the rest of the modules (CAPA/NC/Audit/Non Conformance....etc.) **What do you dislike about SmartSolve?** Help application has a few errors/wrong data in its content. Bugs/Issues language in the help line. Also, the interface has some inconsistencies regarding areas of operations - not major issues but there seems to be a feel with the new version that there isn't a consistency to searching and manager setup types of activities. 'Out of the Box' there is no support for implementation of any legacy data - this definitely stretches implementation activities. Any software that needs to be validated is a sufficiently thorough activity but when you then factor in how legacy data is to be handled that does not lead to any quick implementation (consider parts data entry for each employee's latest requirements and certification information being manually entered - it adds up). Also, I would prefer Pilgrim Quality Solutions to offer training sessions more frequently. I have attended the Administrator Boot Camp Class and was definitely pleased with the instructor and the course content but I get a feel that training sessions are an afterthought since they are offered infrequently. There is an extreme amount of functionality available to change forms and reporting capabilities - yet classes are not readily available. **Recommendations to others considering SmartSolve:** You only need a laptop and a network connection. Also if you have any problem you only have to contact with them.
