One area for enhancement within SmartMessage is the provision of more thorough documentation to aid users in navigating the platform. Offering comprehensive documentation could improve the user experience by providing clearer guidance and support whenever necessary.

**What problems is SmartMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to effectively expand our marketing endeavors, guaranteeing that we can connect with a broader and more varied group of people. Additionally, the platform's capacity for customizing campaigns allows us to adjust our marketing approaches for each customer, greatly boosting involvement. **What do you like best about SmartMessage?**

There are two main reasons why our brand prefers SmartMessage; cost and promoting local software products. We believe it is advantageous compared to competitors in terms of cost, but unfortunately, we cannot share the same views regarding service quality. We think that by working hard and improving customer experience, you can become one of the significant brands in the global market.

**What do you dislike about SmartMessage?**

Since the first day, we have been experiencing a rather flawed experience due to the chronic issues of the system, errors in the interface, sending problems, and disruptions in technical support. We have been using the platform for months, but unfortunately, the number of sendings without issues is very few.

**What problems is SmartMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing cost-effective service in email marketing offers a budget advantage.
