**What do you like best about SMARTer Manager?**

SMARTer Manager has been helpful in streamlining our actual manufacturing process.  The software contains a large number of tools for the control of production processes, namely, job costing, inventory, and scheduling.

**What do you dislike about SMARTer Manager?**

Sometimes, I have to transfer data to other tools for more detailed scrutiny of the data on production assembling.  The reporting engine has limited features of designing a custom report that could be developed with perfect features that suit our needs.

**What problems is SMARTer Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For all the aspects of management of manufacturing operations, SMARTer Manager serves as the central point.  This has helped the company to enhance the flow of communication and the quality of data that flow within the production and management departments.
