**What do you like best about Smarter Agent Mobile?**

I love how it shows me a lot of information, such as all of the listings. It's fast and very accurate, and I have reccomended this app to other collegues and have recieved some satisfactory responses. 

**What do you dislike about Smarter Agent Mobile?**

Although the features are very useful, there are some difficulties that make the app somewhat not user-friendly. Whenever I used it, I discover new features that could have been very useful when I was first using it, and I wish that it was more clear on the directions on how to use and the full features that are available for this app. It also lacks some features like other applications I have moved onto, but other than that, it is still great to use. 

**Recommendations to others considering Smarter Agent Mobile:**

Make sure you know how to use the app. There are some features that are missing and it would help to get used to the app itself before being completely comfortable with it. 

**What problems is Smarter Agent Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become easier to access realtors and gives a lot of specific details and listings. It makes my business more efficient, and it has made others' jobs easier as well. I also love how there is a feature that shows which listings are nearby and the specific details it gives.
