SMARTe made it very quick and easy to get started. Once I activated my account I was doing lookups and getting information within minutes. It was extremely easy to implement and had multiple ways to access information.

We used this platform daily not just for our sales and marketing efforts, but also for our clients and their marketing efforts as well. The chrome extension made it a seamless integration into the daiy workflow of our account executives.

I'm not sure there are many downsides - there would occasionally be companies that we were not able to locate in the database, but they were usually smaller companies that were obscure. Probably the main piece of feedback would be that there are sometimes mulitple people listed under a company with the same title when that would not be possible. For instance, several CFO's listed. What I like best about SmartE is their eagerness to be working with us. They are always proactive in checking in for available projects they can help us with. In fact, because of this, they are always our first pick among our other vendors.
