What do you like best about SMARTe?

What do you like best about SMARTe?

What I like about smarte is supporting us with our data building projects and they are compliant with GDPR which is one of our requirements. Their data also has a schedule update making sure we will use up to date contact information. Their software also has an advance search like ZoomInfo which we can filter and check if our target market is available. What do you like best about SMARTe?

I use SMARTe and I can say that it is a great tool for all our data building projects. It provides contact details, including email addresses and phone or mobile numbers. I also love that it can be integrated with Salesforce and SSO enabled for faster access. The ease of use, its user-friendly interface, and implementation make it a great tool. What do you like best about SMARTe?

I've been using SMARTe for a while now, and I'm really impressed with their data platform. It's helped me identify and connect with new prospects much more easily. The data is always accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for B2B sales.

What do you like best about SMARTe?

SMARTe made it very quick and easy to get started. Once I activated my account I was doing lookups and getting information within minutes. It was extremely easy to implement and had multiple ways to access information.

We used this platform daily not just for our sales and marketing efforts, but also for our clients and their marketing efforts as well. The chrome extension made it a seamless integration into the daiy workflow of our account executives.

And in the rare case we did have an issue or a question, the team was very responsive with customer support. We even got e-mails notifying us of new contact information for our lookups that was not previously provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMARTe?

I'm not sure there are many downsides - there would occasionally be companies that we were not able to locate in the database, but they were usually smaller companies that were obscure. Probably the main piece of feedback would be that there are sometimes mulitple people listed under a company with the same title when that would not be possible. For instance, several CFO's listed. When that occurs, there should be a process to determine which record is the most updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMARTe?

What I like best about SmartE is their eagerness to be working with us. They are always proactive in checking in for available projects they can help us with. In fact, because of this, they are always our first pick among our other vendors.
