**What do you like best about SmartDebit?**

It's easy to speak to a real human being, who I have met, for any queries I have.  Everything is made very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about SmartDebit?**

I have no negatives at all.  Service has always been excellent.

**What problems is SmartDebit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Approaching 3,000 Direct Debits per month collected in a straight-forward manner without us having to worry about any of the banking regulations associated with that.  We are also given advance warning of collections being taken so that any anomalies can be corrected before collection.

**What do you like best about SmartDebit?**

Easy to use, automated emails sent to customers when changes made and accessible customer service staff when we require support.

**What do you dislike about SmartDebit?**

There is nothing I dislike regarding the service. Any concerns or queries have been promptly addressed by our Account Manager. 

**What problems is SmartDebit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartDebit allows us to collect payments for our service and maintenance contracts. It has also allowed us to offer an effective direct debit payment plan option for our customers.
