What do you like best about SmartCenter?
The way that it brought everything together, and made things very accessible. You could view information from way back very easily and compare it with new info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SmartCenter?
It kind of was in its own environment. While it offered many solutions you could not just rely on it, it had many limitations that required to use other tools to complement. We also had frequent and sometimes long outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
