My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. Our ONESOURCE Indirect Determination product has a SaaS option (built in the cloud) that doesn't require updates and patches, but sometimes that's not the best solution for every customer. Every time I have submitted a case, I am treated like a programmer, and don't often understand what's being asked of me. To be fair, we are a smaller company with limited IT help.
