It needs to facilitate the identification of trends. My experience, with the software, has been not too good so far as I have encountered many features that I dislike. Our ONESOURCE Indirect Determination product has a SaaS option (built in the cloud) that doesn't require updates and patches, but sometimes that's not the best solution for every customer. Customer service is handled internationally, which poses communication issues. Every time I have submitted a case, I am treated like a programmer, and don't often understand what's being asked of me.
