**What do you like best about SmartCart?**

SmartCart lets you create an online eCommerce store by providing hosting and webpage development services besides ready-made templates. The control panel lets you enter the primary options, whereas the catalog, department, and inventory manager sections help you set up the store details. You can also use it on your existing website. It can be done in a matter of a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about SmartCart?**

although you can speed up the process initially and set up your store in a few minutes, you still need to activate some features here and there and do the fine-tuning. If you are keen to set it up at the earliest and do the details later, you can get your store running in a few minutes. Nevertheless, it requires concerted efforts to manage the details. So I wouldn’t say I like the claims that you can create a store in minutes.

**What problems is SmartCart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-designed templates save me from wasting time in the nitty-gritty. All required stuff in one place is beneficial as I do not need to look around for critical components like web hosting and web page development.

It's very user-friendly and easy to access even for beginners, Shopping becomes a very enjoyable job

The customer support is not very good. It takes a long time for query solving
