It gives us a lot of visibility of what's happening in the factory and it does in real time. Also, the flexibility to decide what to share with our customers. Customer support is quick. **What do you dislike about Smart Shop Floor?** In general, the introduction of technology is not the favourite thing for factory operators. We have to invest significant time to the learning curve and training. **What problems is Smart Shop Floor solving and how is that benefiting you?** SSF is helping us to understand the main cause of overtime while giving us more inputs in terms of cost estimation. ### 3.
