**What do you like best about Smart Shop Floor?**

Smart shop floor allows employees at different levels of the business to access the information they need for their responsibilities, whether that’s communicating with customers, reviewing analytics, tracking jobs, completing forms, or taking photos. Everything is live and kept in one place, making it easy for everyone to find and use.

**What do you dislike about Smart Shop Floor?**

Like any technology, integrating it into groups of employees can come with challenges, ranging from getting people to engage with it to a lack of knowledge about using tablets and the software.

**What problems is Smart Shop Floor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have clear visibility into all of our work centers, including job durations and both long- and short-term schedules.

**What do you like best about Smart Shop Floor?**

The versatility of SSF is fantastic; it adapts to any type of ERP system, in our case, with NetSuite. It gives us a lot of visibility of what's happening in the factory and it does in real time. Also, the flexibility to decide what to share with our customers.
Customer support is quick.

**What do you dislike about Smart Shop Floor?**

In general, the introduction of technology is not the favourite thing for factory operators. We have to invest significant time to the learning curve and training.

**What problems is Smart Shop Floor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSF is helping us to understand the main cause of overtime while giving us more inputs in terms of cost estimation.

directly integrates into ERP system, provides data-driven reporting, SAM AI provides real-time metrics and estimates, great customer support and service, easy system to train new recruits

Can take some time to get right if you don't plan well at the commencement of the project.
