The paper process was incredibly time consuming and opaque but with eBRs we can issue new records in record time. The visibility into the data and being able to look into what has been done when has been a great help. No more digging through off-site storage to find a specific record from years ago. We can all access what we need online. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence?** It can be difficult to find the proper view when opening a record. The ease of use in creating new trainings for our workplace is super helpful and it allows us to quickly get out trainings to our teams. I also like the ability to collaborate on documents within Master Control allowing our team to easily update our processes. Issuing takes few seconds, there is no longer downtime due to waiting time to print large Batch Records. System is very intuitive for Operators and for template builders. Some of these gaps are currently being addressed, like the addition of improved analytics Insights. For internet outages, our backup plan is to use a printed PDF of the electronic version.
