Allows us to also view and edit documents as well and keeps all versions of the document to view at a later date. It keeps all revisions as separate documents which is helpful when comparing a change before and after we have implemented a change to the document. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence?** when searching certain documents you either have a very hard time finding them or can not find them at all. Searching documents with slightly different names makes it difficult to find the right document. The search tool could be much easier to use when looking up a document name using the advanced search, requires a lot of information in different search fields. **Recommendations to others considering MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence:** When filing away documents use as many descriptive words, so that when you search them later you can find them easier. **What problems is MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the master control to keep all documents and spec up to date so that the company as a whole has access to them whenever they need.
