**What do you like best about Smart Insights?**

nothing. just some useless templates and tried to cancel several times.

**What do you dislike about Smart Insights?**

customer service, customer support. Unacceptable. can not cancel once you enroll.They simply could have given a "cancel" button, but they do not.

**Recommendations to others considering Smart Insights:**

Do not buy from this company. Very old business practices. You can not cancel membership.

**What problems is Smart Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they make it so difficult to cancel membership to keep charging you. I have been trying to cancel the membership for 2 years and could not cancel.
