I the best about the Smart Chat ++ tool is its interface is very interesting and easy to use. Our many customers liked it.

As of now I didn't face any consequences while using Smart Chat ++

**What problems is Smart Chat ++ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem is to find out software which will helps us to chat with customer with inbuilt security feature. Smart Chat ++ solved this problem.

The thing that i appreciate the most about smart chat ++ is it manages our activity and performance from our mobile phone.

It does moniter our time on which we spend on.

It does moniter too much so lack of privacy.

**What do you like best about Smart Chat ++?**

Able to remove a person from a chat line without removing them completely. And, I'm able to manage groups easily.

**What do you dislike about Smart Chat ++?**

I don't have any complaints about Smart Chat other than some of the notification noises are annoying.

**What problems is Smart Chat ++ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Smart Chat to communicate with each other while we are busy working at our desk.
