**What do you like best about Skywave CRM?**

CRM helps to review and maintain the customer relationship which is very helpful in maintaining and resolving the relationship management amongst all it also stores and uses data.

**What do you dislike about Skywave CRM?**

There is nothing as such which is not useful about CRM, it is very useful and helped a lot in the relationship management areas as well, there is nothing which can describe this as unuseful
