**What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

One of the greatest things about Payoneer Workforce Management (formerly known as Skuad) is how efficient the payment process is. Being an employee, I am paid on time, and there is no need for me to wait long and experience problems while getting my salary paid. Moreover, all the processes related to my payments and employment can be easily checked.

I also appreciate the convenience of cooperating with a foreign company since there is no need to be worried about anything and all the processes are clear.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

while the system is generally easy to use, a few features could be more intuitive or faster to navigate. Overall it works well, but there is definitely room for improvement in responsiveness and user experience.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important thing for me is the feeling of peace of mind. I do not have to stress about whether or not I will get paid the right amount of money and whether it will be processed in the right manner or not, and I do not have to face any hassles regarding paperwork.

**What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

From the start, during onboarding, and now in our normal working schedule, it has been super helpful. The staff is always there when questions come up, and the whole process has been really easy and pleasant. I’ve spoken with multiple providers, but here I had the best feeling overall. The UI is very clear and easy to use. The integration into our system, as well as handling vacation requests, is done in a straightforward manner. On top of that, the pricing feels fair and was a selling point for us as well.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

At the moment, there isn’t a single thing I’m able to criticise.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One example of how super helpful they were is with my pension plan. I wanted to get rid of it because I’m only here for one year, and they supported me a lot with that. The help they provided, and how quickly they got everything set up, was truly outstanding.

I really love that is very easy to use, and every time I want help I just need to open a ticket and it is answer quickly.. Plus I receive my payments way faster and I evev receive my payments exchanged to my local currency with no extra charges

I like the interface is clear, easy to use and it helps me to have track for all my payments, and most of all it is always ready and fast

**What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

We use Payoneer for managing our employees who are based out of other countries (ones where we do not have a physical entity). Payoneer has made it hassle-free for us to manage their payroll without breaking a sweat. Its an automated system so the invoices for our employees in concern get to our inbox on time for us to process. It is also reliable for the employees as they too get their salaries on time - something which is also very essential for us so that it is fair for the employees too. Additionally, it also helps us to manage the time for the employees - meaning no additional HRIS headcount. 
The account manager for us is very responsive so it is easier to address any challenge.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

Their login system is kinda tedious. Once I am logged out, everytime it asks me for a OTP to login (delivered to my email). I don't like this part very much - although it might mean better security for my account.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Payoneer I can widen my recruitment horizon to anywhere in the world - better candidates who are very good fit to the team bring down attrition, thereby, saving costs in hiring and training.

I like that Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) has an easy-to-use UI. I also appreciate how the expenses system is simple and quick. The platform is intuitive, unlike other platforms that are complicated and time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

The local market knowledge isn't as robust as I'd expect. When I asked about submitting updates for my local RPT Visa in Malaysia, I received a generic answer that seemed Googled. A more personal response took several days, almost a week, which didn't build confidence. If Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) is acting as an EOR and employing foreigners in remote markets, they need to provide authoritative and confident advice. It should be like having an in-market HR manager or Finance person advising on visa or tax matters.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Payoneer Workforce Management for employee management, payroll, and hiring remote staff. Its intuitive UI and simple expenses system save time and effort, avoiding the complexity and information overload of other platforms.

**What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

I use Payoneer Workforce Management to keep track of my worked hours and submit them for my agency to review and approve. One of the things I appreciate is that it's mostly automated, which means I don't have to do the basics of everything manually. It really solves a lot for me as an independent contractor because I no longer need to create and have an invoice approved manually every time. I just select the dates I worked to create an invoice, submit it for review, and it gets approved automatically. Once the invoice is approved, they fund it and Payoneer processes the payments quickly. The initial setup was also very basic and user-friendly with clear instructions.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

Sometimes the completed payments disappear and I can't pull up past records through the mobile application. Probably has to do with a bug on the app, that's all as I do not experience it through the website on the laptop.

I use Payoneer Workforce Management to track hours and automate invoicing, reducing the need for manual entry and approval. It's mostly automated, which minimizes my basic tasks.

Skuad actually provided timely and updated payroll. They also send a very comprehensive payslip that allows us to really see the breakdown of our salary. Aside from that, they organizes our documents and allows us to modify them when we acquire newer ones without any hassles.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

I don't have a lot. But there was this one time I asked for help in their help ticket interface; I did not get the response I needed in time, and when I checked it back, it was just closed.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly the pay and the PTO requests and my holiday time logs.

I've flagged it to our support team to look at how tickets are being closed and whether resolution is being properly verified before closure.

Communicating with my Point of Contact on the Payoneer team has been very efficient. I always get quick responses to my questions. The platform itself has also been great for submitting expenses and getting them reimbursed. The platform is easy to use and I did not have much of a learning curve before getting used to it.

**What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad)?**

At the moment, I have not had any issues with the platform. I have used it for about 3 months so far and don't particularly dislike anything. It works for what I need it to do and show me.

**What problems is Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a way for me to conveniently review all of my employment information in one place, as well as easily submit any extra expenses incurred for reimbursement. I can also always see my contract, visa, and other key information like when my salary is arriving.

All the information available made it very easy and intuitive to navigate. The pricing is appealing, and the one time I needed support, it was very helpful—they were able to solve my problem right away.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the UI for managing the payment target account felt too basic. Also, to switch from one Wise account to another, I had to open a ticket. That said, support was still able to resolve my issue.

Getting paid in the US without any issues. It’s been very helpful for me, especially since I work from Brazil.
