**What do you like best about Skippership?**

Skippership gives us heatmaps, session replays, and funnel tracking in one place without usage caps. The AI review is a real time saver it quickly highlights where users get stuck and even points out possible causes. Compared to other analytics tools, it feels lightweight and easier to understand for non-technical team members.

**What do you dislike about Skippership?**

Since the platform is still new, integrations are a bit limited, and the AI insights sometimes miss context. Documentation could also be deeper for advanced use cases.

**What problems is Skippership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand why users drop off instead of just showing numbers. With the AI surfacing friction points, we’ve been able to improve conversion paths faster and spend less time manually watching replays.
