**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Skedulos auto optimisation tool and simple UI makes it easy for anyone to schedule jobs and use the back end logic of engineering location, skill tags, availability and travel without the need of manual inputs everywhere. 

I can also say that the Skedulo team are very open to ideas, suggestions and improvements and the turn around in there implementation cycles based on feedback is very quick!

The new UI with speedy refreshes with changes has been a great addition to see also to be more live and in time.

The support we get given is second to none in terms of response, resolution and outcomes.

Integration wise, the developer portal from Skedulo is extremely informative for every table and column name. We utilise Power Automate with basic HTTP/REST requests and can easily transfer data in and out.

With this, we've also been able to utilise Skedulo endpoints/API's and bring data into our own data warehouse for further insights and embedded them in our company Power Bi reports.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

Not a dislike but more a product suggestion given, that I would likely have expected to be a more out the box feature. The ability for the customer to select a date and time themselves or reschedule their own appointment, using the logic/optimisation. In a time of self-serve, these features would richly enhance the user and customer experience.

I've already suggested a licence pricing model as well. We have third party resources that use our services and they pay the same as our engineers. I think a tiered price model through, contractors, engineers, schedulers, admins/manager etc would be beneficial.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed and efficiency across our scheduling team. Previously our schedulers were having to map an engineer job to job themselves and work out with all the free engineers who was best suited. Now even without using the optimiser, Skedulo's suggested engineers gives you the travel time, distance, closeness and it has made it easy to schedule jobs.

What it also means is our engineers utilisation has gone higher because they're able to fit more jobs in around the day, which overall has an impact on our total customer numbers, satisfaction in terms of sale time to delivery.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

I’ve been using the Skedulo app for quite a while now, the ability to schedule in advance and dispatch schedules to the team when ready helps with resource planning. Being able to filter schedules by employee category, only viewing and scheduling specific groups skedulo makes it simple and more efficient. When applying a location filter, by selecting a clinic  you’re able to see a certain clinic on a certain day and be able to see employees scheduled on that day. This makes it much easier to focus on one location without having to sort through unrelated schedules.
The optimizer feature is also useful by running the optimizer it helps place employees at locations they’ve worked at or assigning them to clinics they have the proper tags or qualifications for.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

The Optimizer Accuracy with employee tags and location restrictions would make the feature much more reliable, and with a few improvements to filtering and optimization, it could become even more efficient and user friendly. Maybe we can have a bit more training or how to videos to help with learning the ins and outs of this application. Overall, Skedulo has been a very useful scheduling tool.

Skedulo has helped with scheduling and resource planning being able to see different regions and locations within the company.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Even though I had never used the platform before, I found it very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

One feature I especially like is how clearly the app organizes job site locations and scheduled work times, which makes it simple to keep track of assignments throughout the day. The clock-in and clock-out process is also straightforward and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

One minor downside I’ve noticed with Skedulo is that some of the questions or forms required before clocking out can be a little confusing at times, especially for new users. The app also sends reminders asking if you’ve started your job yet, which is helpful, but sometimes the notification appears about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, making it a bit too early to clock in.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite these small issues, I still find the platform very user-friendly overall. It’s easy to navigate, keeps schedules organized, and makes tracking job locations and work hours simple and convenient.

I like that you can go on and see what days you’re working, what time, and location! I also like that you’re able to go on and mark that you are unavailable! I also like the notifications asking if I have started my job before I forget! !

I do not like when occasionally it will show that I haven’t clocked out when I did! This doesn’t happen often but sometimes it does!

It is benefiting me by letting me clock in and out on my phone without any codes or anything! I am also able to look far ahead at my schedule and get notifications so things do not go unnoticed

I love the UI—it’s very easy to use and to navigate through the menus and admin sections. The documentation is also very well written, and the support team is consistently quick to respond. I rely heavily on integrations with automation tools, and they’ve never let me down. I’ve tested some of the AI features as well and I’m impressed; I’m looking forward to having them in production.

I don’t think there’s anything I dislike about the platform.

I can monitor my field engineers and review their work more easily. It also helps the engineers track their time more accurately and show how their time is being used throughout the day.

Honestly, our CSR Patty. But the analytics program allows me great insight into our daily operations.

It isn't always the most intuitive to use - analytics setup. And the load time on the swim lane view.

So many! We have collaborated on a lot of projects, helping with forecasting, streamlining PRN requests from clients, custom fields that help us store more and more in skedulo allowing it to be a greater source of truth among multiple departments.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

I love how Skedulo makes my schedule so much easier to keep up with and allows me to see my shift locations and assignment details all in one place. Not having to dig through text or emails for this information is a huge plus. I feel like Skedulo is super convenient, especially when traveling or going to different work sites because everything is organized and easy to access. After switching to Skedulo, I've found it to be much better than the previous tool we used. The initial setup was fairly easy, with just a few things to get used to.

Wish I could see everybody's schedule all in one page.

I really appreciate how Skedulo has adapted to our unique needs, which differ significantly from typical user requirements. The Skedulo team has gone above and beyond to customize the platform for us—they genuinely listen to our feedback and respond quickly with adjustments that make a real impact. The platform has been incredibly helpful, and I especially love the analytics features, which provide valuable insights for our work.

Since the analytics feature is still new and being tailored to our specific needs, there are a few reports that could use some adjustments. However, this is more about our unique requirements than any issue with the platform itself. The fact that Skedulo is actively working to refine these areas speaks volumes about its commitment to enhancing the user experience.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Allows multiple users to check the information attached, prior to dispatching the jobs to our consultants who go on site to do the work. Also allows easy reference post job completion in the event job details need to be checked.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

My main issue relates to attaching documents in Skedulo that have non-standard letters, i.e. if the document has a ( )or " or *, you cant upload and have to save and rename the file. In google, documents are often saved in the download folder with brackets which you cant upload.

It works in our business for both admin staff and consultants in the field

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

I like that it helps to start organizing the routes and gives you a jump start.

I also like that when you hover over the jobs you get some information.

I like that the system prevents you from over scheduling an installer, or just in general.

I feel like it is easy to block someone out for the day or certain hours.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

I believe more information should be given when you hover over the jobs, in the map view.

I think you should be able to input a starting address and finish address, that way it can lead the installers home.

I don't like that it is a little tricky to move jobs around.

When the jobs are first organized,I don't think it does that great of a job.  It will have installers going out of their way.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it has solved the issue of training someone on scheduling. I think it is a good tool to show someone what is needed for scheduling and how a route should look.  With associates being able to see it layed out on a map, it allows them to see what area the measure techs and installers will be traveling.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Skedulo I feel like is very user friendly. Coming into my current position knowing nothing about it, I was anticipating taking a while to get used to using the software. BUT! Skedulo (in my opinion) is very user friendly and easy to get around. It makes tracking my appointments very easy and it also allows me to customize everyone's schedule individually, which I like a lot. Customer support is also very helpful and gets back to your concerns very quickly! Since I use this every day, it's important to me that I am able to get results and feedback quickly from customer support.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

I think the only thing I can think of that I dislike about Skedulo is there have been a couple of times that I go to open a photo that was uploaded and it was very zoomed in so I couldn't see the entire photo. However, customer support quickly helped me resolve that problem and we were good to go!

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedulo helps manage appointments across all of our phlebotomists in the United States. It makes it very easy to switch back and forth to Salesforce, which is another program that I use daily. It's very cohesive moving between the two!

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Fits multiple scheduling scenarios and integrates with Lumary well. Skedulo is receptive to customer feedback and will support custom development if/where necessary.  Product release cycle is fast and we've seen fixes for bugs we've experienced appear quickly in following releases.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

Sometimes changes catch us by surprise, requiring quick (small) adjustments to our internal user guides.  The security model and/or the Salesforce platform sometimes limits us in applying the configurations we would prefer for our business.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer appointments and billing - works well for face to face sessions for our staff working with customers, either in the community or at our offices, and supports automatic billing integration with Lumary.
Staff scheduling - where billing is not linked, but we need to schedule shifts for care staff across multiple locations. The mobile app is used for staff to view their roster.

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Working with a large not-for-profit in Australia (New Horizons), implementing Skedulo was a challenge... not because of the technology but the change in process. But we discovered all of the challenge was with our own change management and resistance to change by some of our staff BUT Skedulo has totally transformed our business and 100% for the better.  If you are thinking of Skedulo take it from us.... start your journey as soon as you can, it's well worth the journey.

Nothing, we love it. We have some staff who didn't want the light shining on their activities and they hated it, but the management and executive could see skeletons in the closet they didn't even know were there.

Skedulo has solved many staff sheduling issues such as Availabilities, rostering and allocations and urgent backfilling such as sick days and roster planning.

Once we have added the correct tags, we have been able to manage the routes that have made scheduling very successful for us as we no longer have to manually check availability and we have an answer within seconds. I like that the technicians are able to add time off as well as they can manage the routes. Customer have been very happy recieving notifications such as when the technician is in route.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

I would say it is more of a user error. If I accidentally make changes to a schedule but do not follow the correct steps,I can impact multiple people.

Skedulo is able to identify availability in a timely manner which in turn gives availability so we can offer to our customers

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Recently we have had a new Customer Success Manager support our company (Jamie Baxter). He has been a breath of fresh air and has been very supportive as we look to enhance our FSM tool. The current scheduler is good for what we needed at the beginning of our journey. We are now in consultation with Skedulo as we grow and great conversations have been had so far and I am excited to see how we develop.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

I found that initially we had to wait a few days sometimes weeks for a responce from the team at Skedulo. Our original contact was not always helpful/lack of knowledge (but did try when I managed to get hold of them).

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our mission is to expand and grow. We need more from a FSM tool which Skedulo have taken on board our misson statement and I hope to see how that progresses

**What do you like best about Skedulo?**

Skedulo is a user friendly app. It have many fundctions that have been proven to work in the scheduling industry. I like the ability to see where my measure tech and installer are located in real time. the view to all techs on one page is amazing.  It is helpful to to dispatch measures, installs, and service calls from one page.  It also give the ability to view muiltiple locations. Things i things I dislike about Skedulo. Skedulo lack the function that allow you to lock the screen once you have dispatched the jobs you have arranged prior to optimizing starts.  
More times than not, it takes too many attempts to grab a job to move it to another tech or time frame. Once you grab it, sometimes it will not release to the location you are moving it to. 
It would be helpful have the ability to cancel more than one job at a time, instead of removing one job at a time which is time consuming. This will help keep the flow of of Skedulo by not having unneccessary jobs clogging pending allocation bucket.

Skedulo was designed to give real time access to where our drivers are in proximity to the jobsite. This gives customer service the ability to provide customers with more exact arrival times, so that the customer is not sitting at a jobs site too long.

Glitches.   For example, when moving jobs by dragging them, it glitches.  by that it means it will move the job back to where it was for like 2 seconds and then move it back to where I had moved it.  its very frustrating.

Could use more specific iformation about each job I am going to. I get the basic infromation on skedulo and have to login to another website/app to get the specific details for that job. When I add notes, I don't know where they end up or who sees them.

It has all my appointments for the day, time frames for each and GPS options. I can add notes and take pictures to each appointment.

I love how it pulls up all on my appointment in one place, also a great place to store picutres and sign documents into the systme. It is a great one stop shop for all of my needs out on the field.

Skedulo is a useful tool for quickly seeing what tasks employees are scheduled to complete. It is simple to use and navigate for someone who needs to use it very seldom. In an office setting, it is helpful for monitoring office operations. 

I consider the way Skedulo handles programs that track my team's performance in scheduling to be one of its advantages.

The aspect of making up organized schedules has been one of the most helpful part about Skedulo as it helps the team well organized and efficient.

The only downside I find during my experience with Skedulo is the unavailability of enough features and a little of bug fixes.

The maps visual is by far the most helpful thing from the tool for our business.  It allows us to visualize routes before dispatching and grants us the ability to see where our resources are throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

In the service industry, with contractors as our resources, we need extreme flexibility to limit work to certain individuals, restrict routing in areas on specific days or weeks, and account for volume in ways beyond time.  The system currently does not allow for those options.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplies the scheduling process for schedulers who are not familiar with maps.  Plus the resource app is easy to use and allows for quick picture capturing of job sites.

Skedulo provides a number of different user interfaces which enable schedulers to roster themselves or their teams in a way that suits them best. New users can be trained quickly due to its ease of use.
The Skedulo team are very responsive to feedback, we feel well supported and they take all suggestions on board. They offer a range of support services that help us continually improve how we use the system, and their low code approach means we are often able to manage configuation changes independently.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

Integrations with other systems can be difficult to understand and manage without vendor support. By default, the system comes with limited permission settings, which can lead to data issues if users don't follow the correct process.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedulo are continually improving their product in response to our feedback, particularly around improving the efficiency of our rostering/scheduling teams and meeting the requirements of our enterprise agreement.

The optimisation takes all the 'human' effort out of trying to schedule jobs and the reosurces required to undertake those activities. It integrates well with our infrastructure to enable online booking, automation of notifications and tracking of job status, completion, time and management metrics

The ability to edit an image 'in app' isn't currently available which means our team have to edit on a mobile device and upload - this is a GDPR nightmare to keep our teams phones clear of images

Simple but modern look. Easy to learn and even easier to use. Works in conjunction with our existing technician app. Customer support has been diligent in follow-up to issues.

**What do you dislike about Skedulo?**

It wasn't an exact fit for what we do so some of the processes don't function in the most ideal way. In some cases these could be tweaked but at a higher cost, in other cases they cannot. Time is counted in consecutive hours if a job is spans multiple days, unless you break the job down into smaller reoccurring jobs.

**What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system was outdated and slower. Skedulo has a cleaner looking interface and is certainly faster in the time it takes to execute a process.

The initial transition was difficult, more because people are reluctant to change than any program issues.  Once our team began using Skedulo they realized that it is user friendly and easy to learn the ins and outs.  Arranging schedules for multiple installers can be challenging, the maps and time frames between jobs that are provided makes my job so much easier.

Communication with other systems can be slow especially when scheduling around holidays.
