I use Skedulo at my workplace every day for scheduling on the calendar and for tracking work orders, and it’s helped us move away from paper forms, which saves us time. My favourite feature is Mobile Forms, because it’s allowed me to convert all of our old paper forms into electronic versions. Skedulo offers a lot of options, and although the initial setup took a few weeks, the overall process was very smooth.

The scheduling process has improved our workflow and reduced the time it takes to book a job for a resource. Skedulo has reduced admin time required to manage the availability of our resources as each resource can manage their own availability in real-time. Skedulo provides in-depth analytics that benefits not only our organisation but also our clients.

Skedulos auto optimisation tool and simple UI makes it easy for anyone to schedule jobs and use the back end logic of engineering location, skill tags, availability and travel without the need of manual inputs everywhere. I can also say that the Skedulo team are very open to ideas, suggestions and improvements and the turn around in there implementation cycles based on feedback is very quick! The new UI with speedy refreshes with changes has been a great addition to see also to be more live and in time. The support we get given is second to none in terms of response, resolution and outcomes. Integration wise, the developer portal from Skedulo is extremely informative for every table and column name. We utilise Power Automate with basic HTTP/REST requests and can easily transfer data in and out. With this, we've also been able to utilise Skedulo endpoints/API's and bring data into our own data warehouse for further insights and embedded them in our company Power Bi reports.
