**What do you like best about SiteUptime?**

Ease of setup and use makes for a powerful and lightweight monitoring option from a remote source.  This means it can check your uptime from outside of your internal network.  They send monthly uptime statistics reports, and an email if there is a reported outage.  You can take that email and feed it into an on-call system such as PagerDuty to alert your team off-hours of site issues or outages.

**What do you dislike about SiteUptime?**

Nothing to dislike, it just works, and they have different subscription tiers for your needs.  Everything from a free option (for personal site monitoring) to a full-blown stack is available.

**What problems is SiteUptime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps us to monitor a lot of little sites without having to invest in an enterprise-scale monitoring suite.  We've used it on both local systems to AWS/Azure-based systems to monitor resource availability.

**What do you like best about SiteUptime?**

It is really simple to start using the platform, you don't need to be a pro to use this. And it monitors the sites, and servers and notify you when something happens, and yes, it is working. Even though there are many alternatives out there, you can choose this one, so far it is good

**What do you dislike about SiteUptime?**

The UI is very old, it is not up-to-date. It feels like we are using a platform that is created 10 years before. Even though it is easy to navigate, the UI needs to be improved. Because at this time, there are many other competitors, so you have to keep the UI up-to-date.

**What problems is SiteUptime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to monitor many of our sites and servers, finally, site uptime does it for us. And it notify us if something happens wrong
