They send monthly uptime statistics reports, and an email if there is a reported outage. You can take that email and feed it into an on-call system such as PagerDuty to alert your team off-hours of site issues or outages.

It is really simple to start using the platform, you don't need to be a pro to use this. And it monitors the sites, and servers and notify you when something happens, and yes, it is working. Even though there are many alternatives out there, you can choose this one, so far it is good
