I used to dread writing site reports. It was such a tedious, boring chore trying to put all the details into words and format everything properly in Word. But then I found Site Report Builder, and it's been a total game-changer!
Now I can just walk through the site with my phone's camera recording. All I need to do is to recorded narrated video clips, and explain what needs to be fixed. Afrter that, within minutes, the app spits out this report with photos and professional descriptions.
My favorite part is probably the "AskAI" feature though. If I'm not sure how to explain something or need clarification, I just type in a question and get an intelligent response right there.
It keeps everything super organized too. I can pull up all current and past reports for a client or property. Between the time savings and how tidy it keeps my business, Site Report Builder has been an absolute lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be totally honest, there's really not much I can complain about with Site Report Builder. The whole interface just makes sense and is dummy-proof to navigate. I haven't run into any weird glitches or technical headaches at all.
If I had to nitpick, I guess having some more in-depth video tutorials could be helpful. The platform is packed with features, so some extra guidance on things like advanced use cases would allow me to really maximize its capabilities.
Another nice-to-have would be a wider selection of report templates. Different clients like to see things structured in their own preferred formats, whether that's more of a checklist vibe or a spreadsheet layout. More templates to choose from would let me customize the reports to better match each client's branding and style preferences.
