What do you like best about Simplr?

Simple to use interface and its very intitutive as well. AI integration of chat window is something we utilise extensively. As compared to its rivals , its a lot easier to use and API integration is very easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplr?

Price point was on little higher side. Certain amount of volume discounts should be offered to long term customers. Data integration to our platform was bit of an issue in the beginnig but was resolved promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplr?

Simplr is best tool to use for BPO assistance process. I really like the interface of simplr. It helps me alot in my day to day operations. It's a very easy to implement and apart from that their customer support service is also good. I am using it frequently on daily basis. Also It have lots of features for Calling process.
