**What do you like best about Simplr?**

It is easy to use and implement and offers a wide range of services and features.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

It can be a huge financial undertaking. While it does lead to reducing costs or avoiding high costs, it is definetly a cost that needs to be considered throughly before undertaking it.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed our company to reduce its costs by allowing us to use automated chatbots that are preloaded with responses. It reduces that number of employees needed in the customer support team as Simplr solves the frequent customer issues and gives us an understanding of what are the most common issues.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

Simplr is an organization that helps online businesses with their customer service. It offers smart AI and people to answer question anytime plus it also helps online businesses make more money by turning more visitors into buyers and keeping them happy.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

The pricing is high as compared to other platforms and sometimes we do face technical problems with Simplr.  I believe there is room for improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplr:**

we woud advice to do your own research accordingly. There are many other companies that have similar or different features, prices and quality. Ultimately, the decision to use Simplr depends on your own needs, preferences and budget.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplr helps us solve customer service for our online business because it uses ChatGPT, which is smart AI that can talk like a human and can handle different kind of customer questions. It also uses cognitive paths, which keeps ChatGPT on track and refuses to say irrelevant content.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

The system understands the problem your business needs to resolve, and automates the communication with customers in a great way. It is efficient and allowing you to be stress free about potential issues that your customers might raise. The speed of the responses is simply a magic.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

It is AI based and some customers might find it frustrating when they discover somehow the responses they are receiving are automated. However if you choose this product you should be aware of this downside from the very first place.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplr:**

If you worry about customer satisfaction then this is a great product for you to use. It will answer your customers fast with high quality answers, and will remove the need from your business to repeat the very same answers time and time again. It is like an automated FAQ that adjuts itself to customer inquiries.

Simplr is providing a AI based customer service support for your business, allowing you to automate responses and communication with customers without having to worry about repeating the same information over and over again to your clients or customers.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

Simple to use interface and its very intitutive as well. AI integration of chat window is something we utilise extensively. As compared to its rivals , its a lot easier to use and API integration is very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

Price point was on little higher side. Certain amount of volume discounts should be offered to long term customers. Data integration to our platform was bit of an issue in the beginnig but was resolved promptly.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplr:**

Its easy to use and its AI is just amazing. Secure and data privacy is ensure. Overall it makes customer support very easy and its various case module system helped us alot as organisation.

It helps our organisation manage all customer support and solve their problem using simplr one -stop dashboard. It has led to increase in our customer responsive and reduced the downtime.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

Simplr is best tool to use for BPO assistance process. I really like the interface of simplr. It helps me alot in my day to day operations. It's a very easy to implement and apart from that their customer support service is also good. I am using it frequently on daily basis. Also It have lots of features for Calling process. And it's very easy to integrate with any other softwares.

Sometimes the software is working very slow.

Simplr helps me to solve my biggest problem of managing the queries for my projects and it really helps me to complete my work on time.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

The best part about Simplr is it actually converts my passive customer to active ones and making me earn a higher revenue. The contact centre solution is one of a kind and actually making my everyday job easier.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

They can work better on the pricing plans. Though it ultimately depends on the users to actually buy your product or not, but you are losing out on customer because of this.

Its providing me great contact centre solution which saves my time, revenue and gets me new customers. The solution is AI based.They really know the product well and solve all our problems on the go, which is really great.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

employee/hierarchy management is something which helps everyone in our organisagtion to search for anyone and their hierarchy, department, managers, etc. It really helps to maintain the repository for Employee documents such as Leave Policy, etc.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

It's not that easy to get your way around this application. For Eg- If you're searching for any documentation, say Global holiday calendar, then you'll need to go to HR Department's section and then search for it.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplr:**

If you lack any Employee/Hierarchy management software, this might be a good start.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the business documentation for all the department at a single place with access to everyone in the organisation is huge success for us. Also, another best feature this tool offers is employee/hierarchy management.

The fact that the responses they receive are automated because they are AI-based could irritate some customers. But if you decide to buy this product, it's important to be aware of this flaw from the beginning.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

The interface is user friendly and helps business in saving time. 
Multiple administratrive and reptitive tasks are simplified with the help of simplr.
Response automation and communication to customers is the another highlight of using Simplr.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

At times the automated response can create some unwanted response but they can be addressed easily. No other major challenges with Simplr. The service level can be improved.

Just go with Simplr its a one time solution for all problems in business.

Helped our company in aligning and conolidating multiple apps to ensure smooth operation. Integrating Contract Managment and Workforce managment was the best part of using Simplr.

Training the bot with feedback and also the TAT for response is very quick and mostly to the point

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

When chat had to be transferred to agents all the questions and answers are not shown to agents.

One of the best in solving customer service with a bot and less dependency on the man power. Also training the bot is efficient

The bot answers most of the questions correct but it can be a bit more intuitive

I love the AI function of Simplr! My customers are well taken care of and the agents are able to really pinpoint my customers' needs quickly with minimal frustration on either end.

So far I have no complaints about the product!

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

The personal touch you get from your partner success manager is the first thing that comes to mind. For all of 2022 Taylor and the rest of his team have been there for us to talk through onboarding and adding features to investigate the future. Simplr's dedication to quality specialist engagements is another thing that parallels our beliefs as a company. They are always open to any and all feedback and quick to make the proper adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

Honestly, I wish I had the confidence to onboard Simplr much sooner than we did. They have been an excellent partner to work with and calmed any stigmas I had about outsourcing some of our customer services.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplr is not only helping us scale our CX department in a competitive job market they are also providing us with technology and data to leverage to make educated decisions on how we plan for coverage and headcount in the future while utilizing 3rd party partners to be involved on this journey.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

I like the dashboard, it's very easy to use,  and I like that we can measure Customer Satisfaction AND Customer effort score. Sometimes understanding how the interaction went isn't as important as understanding how much work it took to get the answer.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

The agents might not have all the same access to the systems the on-site agents do, so that might hinder the speed of the answers the agents give, but that's not really a huge setback. The agents can just create a ticket.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to answer considerably more tickets and emails. We are able to answer questions 24-7 and we are so much more productive by using simplr. Our on-site staff is able to answer many more in-depth questions because we're not dealing with answers that Simplr can handle. They can point the customer toward self-service and save time in the long run.

Communication with Simplr, is so easy. The fact I can share feedback and Simplr take immediate action is great. 
The ability to scale the Simplr volume based on busy needs is incredible.

We did not use Simplr sooner to help with our ticket volumes.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Simplr handles chat, email and provides chatbot solutions for our company. The impact has dramatically impacted the ticket volumes our agents are taking.

Tier 1 chat and email support.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

Simplr has helped me as a Customer Service Manager by taking a vast majority of our online chats as well as our "Tier 1" email tickets. They've given my agents the ability to focus on more complex cases. Simplr agents are fast and efficient at answering chats. Our Simplr representative is always available to meet and answer questions or to help solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

Some Simplr agents are better than others, this can lead to negative reviews from our customers. However, once an issue is flagged with our Simplr rep these agents are coached, and most often, it's a one-time situation.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplr:**

I highly recommend meeting with Simplr to see if they're a good fit for your needs.

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Simplr's being the initial contact on all Online Chats, the First Response Time KPI for Online Chat is achieved consistently. It allows my agents to not be under time constraints to answer questions and only answer questions Simplr is unable to answer. Without the time constraints of FRT, my agents give better quality responses.

**Describe the project or task Simplr helped with:**

We brought Simplr onto our Customer Experience team to help with our general questions involving product descriptions and FAQ, status on orders, shipping information, etc.  We have also found them helpful with starting the process for some of our more difficult processes.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

We have benefitted from them clearing up our workflow by taking these more simple tickets and allowing our team to focus on more complex issues and escalations. They are also able to escalate to the rest of the team if it is out of their scope and so we don't have as much concern about misinformation or wasting the customers time as much.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

We have had some issues with incorrect information being communicated or a process being executed incompletely or incorrectly.  But in all of these cases, Simplr has set up avenues of communication and also provided us a POC so we can resolve these issues very quickly.  They are very responsive about fixing an issue right away and we don't see that issue come up again.

The biggest problem we are solving is being able to get to our customers right away and not have them waiting too long for a response. In the holiday season especially we noticed this flow is a lot more effective than the previous year when we didn't have Simplr.

**Describe the project or task Simplr helped with:**

We brought on Simplr fall of 2021 to help us manage the upcoming holiday influx of tickets. Their team really works alongside us to come up with strategies, improve CX, and also make sure our voice is clearly heard. Having them over the holiday season was an amazing help because they were able to grab some of the simpler (no pun intended) tickets and allow our team to dive in with more in-depth customer scenarios. It is so nice to be able to streamline information to one person who then can share that with all of their representatives. Their business model helps eliminate access hiring seasonal workers, training, and then letting go of employees. It is sustainable and super beneficial for the long term!

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

We have loved working with their team! A huge shoutout to Maddison and Courtney for supporting us so well and being such fun, intelligent, and supportive partners to work with! They are always looking for growth opportunities and also so on top of everything. They are really great at their jobs, professional but also so personable. Simplr is really an amazing company that is not just there for themselves but to really grow and support the companies that they work alongside!

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

At times we have struggled a bit with some of the technical sides of tickets. If a customer reaches out with multiple tickets, the Simplr team cannot necessarily see that so it can cause some confusion and multiple conversations with Simplr agents. We also have a very fast-moving company with constant changes. Sometimes these are last minute, which may cause some delays to the Simplr agents getting updated information.

They are so easy to work with, want what is best for you, and are constantly coming up with solutions to make the partnership even better!

**What problems is Simplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are constantly working with Simplr to see how we can improve our structures and strategies and CX as a whole. For example, our company does a lot of preorders, and Maddison, Courtney and our team have worked together to come up with a great way to give them that information without constantly emailing back and forth.

**What do you like best about Simplr?**

Simplr responds to our guest inquiries in near real-time and is able to easily adapt with new promotions or issues we confront, to ensure proper responses are provided to our guests. We can rely on Simplr to scale up and down, so that despite fluctuations in ticket volume, we can be confident that Simplr will almost always be able to take a consistent percent of volume.

**What do you dislike about Simplr?**

if there is an issue with a certain process or SOP, given the scalability of Simplr's operation, an operational problem can spread quickly before it is quelled.

How to scale our support operation with a constant promotions cycle, bringing ever-changing support volumes
