I want to say the way the credit system is designed. For organization that are national, the upcharge of credits for flyers, photos, etc. seems a bit unfair and can cause an entity to exceed their limits very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find SimpleTexting to have a really easy dashboard and reasonable pricing. Their customer support is exceptional, deserving a six-star rating if that were possible, as it's beyond any company I've ever worked with. I can send images and do high volume SMS, which is quite beneficial. The integration with my systems, like Claude, is seamless and makes things a lot easier. Switching to SimpleTexting from Go High Level was a major upgrade because it is a lot easier to use. The initial setup was extremely easy, like next day you're good. I like that SimpleTexting handles all my SMS to new customers efficiently. Customer service is amazing, especially Christine, who is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her response time is incredible, and the quality of her responses and support is exceptional. She's always helpful, thorough, and professional. I find SimpleTexting very simple and user-friendly, and it works great since I've had no issues with it. Being able to connect our toll-free number has been a great service for us. It's fantastic that we can add our business toll-free number to our account, which our customers know us from, and be able to text them updates. I like SimpleTexting for its ease of use and the link tracking and reporting feature.
