## About CMDK
CMDK is a Gmail extension that enhances email management through keyboard-driven workflows and productivity features. The extension provides shortcuts to streamline actions like composing, deleting, archiving, marking messages, and applying labels, all accessible via a command center. Navigation through inboxes, labels, and categories happens with keyboard commands, while the escape key enables quick screen transitions. CMDK supports switching between multiple Gmail accounts and introduces tabbed inbox organization for work, personal, or project emails. The natural language reminder feature allows follow-ups to be set conversationally. Read receipts track email engagement for follow-up timing. The extension includes spam blocking and prompts to encourage keyboard-based workflows. CMDK does not store email contents and integrates with other tools, operating directly within Gmail's interface as a Chrome extension.

**What do you like best about CMDK?**

The most important thing about a tool like Simplehuman is that it can get the job done and really SAVE YOU TIME. That is exactly what this product does. It saves me so much time every day when processing my email. It was simple to set up, did absolutely everything I needed it to do, and is always reminding me how to use it in even better ways. 

To top it all off, the customer support provided is on a whole other level. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and that they can successfully use this tool to change the way they manage their email.

10/10 product, it's become a necessary part of my email process.

**What do you dislike about CMDK?**

Honestly, it's hard to think of things I don't like about it. It's never in my way, and it's always that light touch I need to process through email easily and quickly. I can't wait to see what other new features they bring out in the future. 10/10 product

**What problems is CMDK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of processing my email in an effective and fast way.
