**What do you like best about Simple CRM?**

I loved it because CRM Simple is a system that allows you to manage your company's negotiations, leads, contacts, tasks, and goals of your team.

**What do you dislike about Simple CRM?**

The tutorial didn't help me very well. But it's okay.

**Recommendations to others considering Simple CRM:**

It is impossible to manage your relationship with the customer if you do not have an effective means of communication with the customer.

I like that CRM was so easy to use. It's a really good way to keep track of all interaction and communication from customers

**What do you dislike about Simple CRM?**

The system was sometimes slow to load and interactions would show as blank until fully loaded

**Recommendations to others considering Simple CRM:**

It's a really good system. Easy to use and navigate

**What problems is Simple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If a customer calls for the same issue, we an reopen the interaction so it's easier to keep track, and saves us from opening various cases for the same issue. This benefits both the company and the customer

There are a lot features like user friendly environment, AI enabled, automation modules,eKYC and many more that makes Simple CRM very useful to me

If possible provide more integration with other cloud platform

With the help of Simple CRM it helps me to manage eKYC and AI monitoring on an single dashboard that help product performance
