**What do you like best about SIHOT.SUITE?**

Support is the best we have had, they are always on time to help, I have contact with managers and the top-tier support guys, so it is pretty simple to work out issues and requests.
Also, Sihot is the PMS that adapted its processes to us, making it easy for the operation to reach our operative goals.

**What do you dislike about SIHOT.SUITE?**

It is a little old stylized. A couple of years ago we were forced to use Internet Explorer to use it but now it has renewed itself making us able to use it in Edge, Chrome, etc.

**What problems is SIHOT.SUITE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our processes are complex, but sihot adapted theirs to ours. Integrations are easy to join with existing solutions in the market so improving our needs is something pretty easy to achieve with sihot.
