Good personalization with personal attention from the support team

Support is the best we have had, they are always on time to help, I have contact with managers and the top-tier support guys, so it is pretty simple to work out issues and requests. Also, Sihot is the PMS that adapted its processes to us, making it easy for the operation to reach our operative goals.
