**What do you like best about Sightline EDM?**

Sightline EDM's AI have been useful when it comes to anomaly detection. Sightline helps to detect potential issues before they become critical, enables us to prevent potential issues before they start affecting the IT  systems adversely.

**What do you dislike about Sightline EDM?**

This normally relates to data refresh rates as this can be extremely slow at times. There have even been cases whew critical alerts have taken several minutes before being generated, which has hampered our option to react.

**What problems is Sightline EDM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI is Sightline eliminates much of this analysis, directly pointing at the source of an issue swiftly and effectively and effectively. This has relieved my team from many of the alert and fires thart have allowed them to work on more of a preventive and long-term basis.
