&lt;p&gt;LeanIX would probably get an internal EA team to usable capability maps faster because the model and rationalization workflows are more structured out of the box. Ardoq gives stronger flexibility and dependency context, but that freedom can become the point where DIY setup starts needing specialist help.&lt;/p&gt;
