The ability to name and group all of our accounts simplifies filtering, which is incredibly helpful as we manage hundreds of accounts. The recommendations feature, which we use the most, has been beneficial in helping us save. I also appreciate that the initial setup was incredibly easy. It saves us a ton of time and gives us visibility into spend by location, allowing us to monitor which service types are being used. **What do you dislike about SiftedAI?** I think that the interface itself could be a tad more customizable and the support from the account team could be quicker. I'd perhaps like a free form section of the interface in which we could build visuals or maps to our liking. Additionally, it sometimes takes weeks for simple changes that we request to account names/groupings to be implemented. Even things like the recommendations are great but still a little clunky. **What problems is SiftedAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiftedAI provides visibility into our spend by location and helps manage shipping preferences, saving us money with its recommendations. We have already recouped our contract fee AND 110% above that! Sifted (in less than a year) has saved us $11,000! **What do you dislike about SiftedAI?** I manage a spreadsheet comparing teh credits booked on the sifted website and compare it to the shippers credits. Sifted often changes the credits more than a month or two later. So I am having to revised my spreasheet. It would be nice to see suggestions on the main dashboard or "red flags" to look into one particular are of shipping spend. As well as discuss with our carrier rep how to negotiate lower rates based on the amount of shipments per year and the additional charges we are seeing on our account. I really liked all aspects of the software and the customer service and our account rep. However, Sifted assigns you a rep to help with any questions.
