High turnover. They changed their business model in 2022, so you must have a developer on staff. The platform is not streamlined, is extremely clunky, and outdated. Poor customer service. When they announced that they were changing business models and forcing us into a new contract, the new contacts didn't even have the professionalism to turn on their cameras during the zoom call and look me in the eye to explain the impact this makes on my business.
