The built-in filing and organisation tool for people that we have contacted is also beneficial. To add to this, the ability to permanently store contact information and share them with the team is also very useful. **What do you dislike about Shortlyst?** Since the data is mostly scraped through LinkedIn, it's still not very useful when searching for candidates that are often not found on LinkedIn or with a large online presence. It's also not as flexible as LinkedIn premium when sending full bodied messages though this is mediated by providing the candidate's emails. **What problems is Shortlyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shortlyst is able to help with the ability to better shortlist candidates that are suitable for our needs. It also allows us to bypass the need for connecting via LinkedIn by showing their contact information. Our team is more productive using Shortlyst overall, with an increased CV recommendation by up to 50% each month. ### 2. We can quickly send a message to the candidates that we are not using the credits because when we send a message, we always include asking for their active email address and phone number.
