I found the initial setup of Shorthand to be quite confusing because it was very different from what I was used to with Adobe Spark. It took some trial and error to get used to it. The current setup does not easily allow for the addition of multiple social media platforms like Pinterest and LinkedIn. I also find it difficult to figure out how to share media effectively. This obviates the need for printed media kits, allowing audiences to access them via links and still experience a strong 'wow' factor.
