I've been utilizing it for a few years but the stars of the show are truly the customer service team. I wish I had been reaching out to them more to help me when I couldn't figure how to best represent my vision with the Shogun app. James and Alex were truly helpful, easy to communicate with, and efficient. I look forward to interacting with the Shogun team again soon. **What do you dislike about Shogun?** Sometimes, the built preview of the pages are quite what it looks like live, though this could be my inexperience as a self taught graphic designer. Especially when you learn it and use the Help Desk to its full potential. But, with a lot of practice, you overcome most issues! Otherwise, the support team's chat is the best tool. **What problems is Shogun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shogun is helping me to create content and landing pages that attract customers and make them spend money on our e-commerce. ### 4. Customer support are always very kind and helpful. **What do you dislike about Shogun?** Sometimes some blocks can be clunky to use such as getting to images to sit side by side with good spacing. But nothing that I haven't worked out in the end. **What problems is Shogun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to shoguns integration with shopify it has been easy to add custom metafields to pages to increase the content on PDP, such as buyers guide or sizing charts. Thanks to the easy use of blocks any one in our company is able to use it without having to know code. Its super user friendly and eliminates the need for coding knowledge. ### 5. We have a really specific sales model which makes our website needs very individualized. The support provided is unparralleled with any other service I've utlized or attempted to utlize (shout out to Reese, he's fantastic)! SO happy I stumbled upon Shogun. Integrating has been seamless and once I got the hang of it, it's super simple to use. **What do you dislike about Shogun?** Some of the customizations are a little bit clanky (I would describe it like Apple vs Android as far as visuals go). I am currently using the Shopify theme settings as it looks cleaner, for example. It would be incredible to start with those settings and customize from there in any given scenario. This is my only dislike! **What problems is Shogun solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need specific ordering experiences for my customers based on 4 seperate segments that all have different purchasing options. Shogun has totally solved this problem and made it possible for us to provide a better shopping experience for our customers, and therefore room to continue to grow. ### 7. Any time I need anything, chat support is right there. They have helped me overcome countless obstacles. Shogun is easy to use and gets better every day. I hate reading faq pages so it was important to me that i could find my way in the platform without much training. We use shogun every day whether its to make seo changes on a page, create a new landing page, or update our blog. The new ai features that help with seo copy are great. Installing the app and integrating with shopify was easy. **What do you dislike about Shogun?** I have sales promotions that change frequently and there could be several at the same time.
