I really like the ShippyPro tracking dashboard, especially now that it is integrated with Zendesk. It's really useful to immediately see if a ticket has already been opened without having to enter Zendesk, and to have a clear overview of critical shipments. The automation rules also reduce manual work and simplify daily management. They are also very available and quick to respond to questions or tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
