Apart from all the positive aspects, it comes with some downsides too

And that is

It is not free to use and comes with a cost ie around $199 which may be slightly higher than some of the competitors;

ShippersEdge has great features that makes TM much Easier so I really liked using this .

What I liked most about ShippersEdge is

There is no direct support to the users of the software via the ShippersEdge website.
