It's great how I can provision access specifically for contractors and third parties to the software they need to perform their tasks. Previously, managing permissions required navigating through Google's platform and our identity provider, which was complicated. ShiftControl streamlines this process by orchestrating everything in one place, saving time and making it easy to understand. The initial setup was very straightforward and managed by ShiftControl themselves. With around 60 people in the company, it has been a testament to how easy it is to onboard and offboard employees. **What do you dislike about ShiftControl?** Nothing. I am enjoying the experience. **What problems is ShiftControl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ShiftControl to streamline onboarding and provisioning permissions, understand system access, and evaluate SaaS spending across teams. ### 2. The UI features make everything super clear, with everything I need within one or two clicks, nicely put together in one place instead of being in different places inside the admin console. It's easier to find things, manage, and understand. The initial setup was super easy too. We were onboarded within a couple of minutes, answered a few basic questions, set up our locations, departments, and teams, and got going quickly. **What do you dislike about ShiftControl?** I think there's still a few features that are missing, like being able to manage Google Workspace devices, or having better reporting and dashboarding for any kind of data instead of just the data that they have. **What problems is ShiftControl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ShiftControl to manage employee identity, apps, and subscription costs. It simplifies user management, Google Groups, and provides clear overviews. The UI is excellent, making navigation and management efficient compared to Google's admin console. ### 3.
