Extremely easy to implement and use. Their design methodology was to address the basic needs for tool and rental management and that philosophy is reflected in the fact that you get a key member of the team when you have an issue. They're that confident in their design. The client that implemented this has non-technical users working with the program every day and they find it very easy to use.
